1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to a9agent, an online casino and digital entertainment platform dedicated to users in Malaysia. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and a9agent ("Platform", "We").

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or using any part of the a9agent platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using our platform immediately.

2 Member Eligibility

A9agent reserves the right to request age verification at any time. Accounts that fail to provide sufficient proof of age will be suspended until verification is complete. Any winnings accrued during the verification period may be withheld pending the outcome of the review.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at a9agent at all times. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or any other information — is strictly prohibited.

Upon registration, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active Malaysia phone number, and a valid email address.
• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing it with any other party.
• Notify a9agent immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Updating your personal information whenever any changes occur.

A9agent shall not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account login credentials secure.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

A9agent accepts deposits via the following Malaysia payment methods:

All deposits must be made using an account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Deposits made via third-party accounts will not be accepted and may be returned or held pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

A9agent members may submit withdrawal requests at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account has completed the identity verification (KYC) process.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a Malaysian bank account registered in the member's name.
• All applicable bonus rollover requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be approved.

Withdrawal processing times range from 3 to 24 business hours depending on the payment method and system load at the time. Withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 may require additional processing time due to financial compliance requirements.

A9agent reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests where suspicious activity, a breach of Terms, or an outstanding investigation is identified.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Offers

A9agent offers members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms that must be understood before claiming:

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only. One claim per account/household/IP address. Subject to the rollover requirements stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Deposit Bonus: Bonus credits will be deposited into a separate bonus account, distinct from your main account. Rollover requirements must be met before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Cashback & Rebate: Calculated based on net wagering amount within the specified period. Paid on the date stated in the promotion terms.

7 Game Rules

All games on a9agent — including slots, live tables, blackjack, poker, baccarat, and Sports Betting covering the Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, and e-sports — must be played in accordance with their respective rules available on the platform.

• All games use an RNG (Random Number Generator) system that has been certified by independent auditing bodies.
• Game results displayed by the a9agent system are final and may not be disputed unless supported by clear evidence of a technical failure.
• The use of assistive software, bots, or any automated tools during gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• Bets placed during an internet connection disruption are entirely the member's responsibility. a9agent will not be liable for any bets affected by poor connectivity on the user's end.
• In the event of a technical failure on the a9agent system that affects game outcomes, a9agent reserves the right to void or replay the affected round.

8 Permitted & Prohibited Member Conduct

A9agent expects all members to conduct themselves in a responsible, respectful, and legally compliant manner. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Cheating, colluding, or conspiring with other players to manipulate game results.
• Using techniques or software that provide an unfair advantage in any game.
• Transferring funds between a9agent accounts through unauthorised methods.
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
• Spreading false information or making defamatory statements about a9agent on any public platform.
• Accessing the platform from locations or via methods excluded under a9agent's policies.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all associated balances and winnings, and potential legal action by a9agent.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting a9agent customer support via live chat or email at support@a9agent.ws.

A9agent reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to submit requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspicion that an account is being operated by an ineligible party, including underage individuals.
• A member's own request through the self-exclusion feature under the responsible gaming programme.

Once an account is closed, all eligible balances (following the completion of any investigation) will be returned to the member via the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.

10 Responsible Gaming

A9agent genuinely cares about the wellbeing of our members. We provide a range of tools to help members play responsibly:

12 Amendments & Governing Law

A9agent reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. For material changes, a9agent will provide at least 7 days prior to amendments taking effect, via email to registered members or through in-platform notifications.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
